Slow braised for 12 hrs, the meat was so tender that we can easily pull it off. For people like me who doesn’t like too much fats which feels too jelak, this is the right meat dish to go. The amount of fats and skin in this dish is lesser/manageable with no large bones in sight. Not to mention the portion is recommended for sharing and definitely worth the price tag 》$8
