Chocolate Chips & Raisins Buttermilk Oatmeal Streusel Muffins - Random midnight baking to get rid of my leftover buttermilk. Moist, soft & fluffy muffins topped with crunchy, sweet oatmeal streusel. Can't resist and ate one straight out of the oven. Best served warm with a cup of tea/coffee. Breakfast will be awesome later!
