Sio Bak, 烧肉, has the one of best proportion of fats to its lean meat. Skin is slightly crispy, not hard at all. 😋
Char Siew, 叉烧，is nicely marinated and I totally love its sauce (definitely homemade) and I got a generous piece of a corner piece 😍 that charred flavour 😆
