Located deep inside the Loyang Industrial Estate, Big Prawn Noodles is housed inside a food centre that is bustling with people working around the vicinity. A good bowl of prawn noodles can be judged by the colour of the broth and the first impression that this brings totally excites me when my order landed on the tray. It’s anyone’s guess as to how much of prawn heads and pork bones were used into making the stock but seeing its orange hue, they definitely didn’t scrimp on it. At a price point of $5 (pictured), $7 or $9, it is worth every buck with the quality that you’re getting and the number of fresh prawns in each bowl. If only it was more accessible, we would surely patronize here more often.
