Nearest MTR: Jordan

The texture of the noodles were great. Firm, springy, and not soggy at all. Super eggy, with a strong alkaline aroma. The beef was very tender, and super flavourful, like it was braised for super long. However it felt a little too greasy for my liking. Due to the large amount of collagen, it felt a little too sticky and chewy for my liking, though if you're into tendon and such stuff you'll probably like it.
