If you are a football fan, Mel’s Place is one of the few F&B restaurants in the area to be screening live World Cup matches in the coming month.
They have just revamped their menu and we are nothing short of being blown away by the new options available.
First up are the dishes in the “Tze Char Corner”, Singaporean dishes made with a twist.
The local favourite Mel’s Hokkien Mee will amaze you with premium ingredients such as river prawn, ika, kurobuta pork belly and queen scallops. There is also the homely ‘Ter Kah’ Braised Pork Ribs Bee Hoon to look forward to. There are also the Bao-tastic steam and fried buns paired with delectable fillings such as Chilli Crab, Salmon Mentaiko and Salted Egg Shrimp.
Next will be the Japanese fusion dishes, the soup based Kettle of Miso Salmon and
Paperbag Barramundi, both of which boast of fresh and huge chunky fish doused in flavourful broth and served with Japanese Rice. The natural sweetness of the soup will keep you raving non stop.
