It's my very 1st visit of this establishment after the renovation and revamp of their menu.. It was quite a pleasant shock to see that it has change for the better in terms of the menu but the atmosphere and the outlook of it is still relatively the same.. For main, I had the pleasure in trying out one of the best sellers which is the wagyu beef cheeks that is served in a big wooden platter that only have a small portion consist of 3 pieces of the beautifully braised beef cheeks that was really tender and juicy yet fatty enough to be enjoyed as the braising liquid gave a subtle flavour to the cheeks that goes fantastically well with all the different elements of the plate which was some braised carrots that is naturally sweet and still gotta crunch and some green peppers.. The most amazing part of the plate which was the rim of buttery and creamy mash that was so silly, smooth and buttery that just shocks me as it doesn't resemble anything that was made from the potatoes.. It's my favourite part of the dish! Looking forward to trying out more of their other dishes with more friends to accompany as its a great place for gathering and celebration as most of their food is suitable for large groups that just have a tremendous love for seafood
