@honguo.sg is known for their Yunnan delicacies including the famed Cross Bridge Vermicelli - comfort bowl of noodles,Double boiled for hours with selected duck, chicken and pork parts, it’s served with fresh vegetables, eggs, meat and vermicelli.

The famous Cross Bridge Vermicelli was born out of love and care when a scholar’s wife made this exact dish for him to prepare for his imperial examinations in Yunnan over a century ago.
