Honey Glazed Barbecued Pork Loin @grandmandarina This is certainly one of the better Char Siew that I had in Singapore.

Prawn noodle in coconut husk -not its actual name for now, but here is a sneak preview of whats instore...

Crispy Riceroll filled with Smoked Shredded Duck and Bamboo Shoot (SGD$7.50) - fine and delicate handmade rice roll skin enveloping the most delicious smoked duck i have ever tasted.

A new dish - Deep-fried Chilean Seabass (SGD$26.00) with crispy fish skin served with scrambled egg white and golden broth.

The Pan-fried Buns filled with Pork and Cabbage (SGD$5.00) lined with thin egg sheets.

Glutinous Rice with Preserved Sausage 腊味沙饭
