I was honored to be hosted by Ramen Keisuke for their 19th outlet opening. Their latest concept is located at Paya Lebar Square, focusing on charcoal grilled items (mostly fish) this time.
I enjoyed the charcoal grilled miso marinated black cod; the skin was char-grilled to crisp perfection along with its smooth and tender fish meat but be mindful of the little bones. The delicious set comes with rice served in a traditional bamboo pot, egg with a semi hard yolk, miso soup and pickled cabbage. Don’t forget about their impressive varieties of free-flow salad bar too; which is very similar to their Hamburg concept but with the exception of the egg station.
Set to be officially opened on 1st April, do not miss out on this new outlet and concept by Ramen Keisuke. I’ll definitely be back for sure!
