What a treat! The Honolulu Egg Tart ($1.80) had a buttery fragrant crust that I could easily cut through with a knife without being too crumbly. Combined with the wobbly egg custard that had a pudding-like consistency and a light eggy taste, this was a power combination that I devoured within seconds. The Red Bean Pineapple Bun($1.90) tasted like an anpan but with a super crispy crust, perhaps because the sugar crust was thicker compared to those sold elsewhere.
