Matcha parfait [$15++] One of the items available as part of the menu for the ongoing Matcha Fair till end October, this parfait comprises of a base layer of yuzu and matcha jelly, topped with matcha granola (Nissin brand, one of my favourite 💚), fresh strawberries, matcha cake and fresh cream and lastly, a scoop of matcha ice cream topped with red bean and glutinous rice balls.
