I really like the chicken in this one – crunchy despite the heaping amount of salted egg yolk sauce and very well-seasoned. The sauce on the other hand, not the saltiest-eggiest-yolkiest sauce. It was very mild and hardly even there. A bit sad about this but again, the chicken made up for it.
