Here I am at @prodigalroasters trying the freshly-made pasta dishes from the pop-up counter (only available from 24 Feb to 26 Feb, limited to 15 portions for each flavour each day).
Burnt broccoli and cream pasta, topped with fermented onion(not shown here).
Home-cured pork belly and caramelized cabbage, topped with special spice mix. YES TO THIS!!
Ended the meal with a long black, miso cheese tart, raspberry frangipane tart and pizza quiche. 🤗
