Among the cakes sold at Tsujirihei matcha pop-up fair, my favourite has got to be the Matcha Baumkuchen.

Missing @tsujirihei_honten so much~ really love their matcha softserve as well as other desserts~

Hojicha softserve ($7) + matcha roll cake ($5)
- The Hojicha softserve was slightly sweeter and less intense in terms of bitterness as compared to the matcha.

It's hojicha softserve with warabi mochi today!

Now i drag my bf to taka with me HAHA omg i rly love their baumkuchen!!

My glorious melted matcha cheesecake hehe.
