Luckily the froyo here is 99% fat free because the 6 ingredients I got to add to my regular size plain flavoured parfait were slightly guilt-inducing - lol! From the 6 categories of Topping, Decoration, Sauce, Top Tier, Middle Layer and Base, I had between 7 and 12 options (decisions, decisions...). In this same order, I picked the coffee parfait (this is hard to describe... a blob of mousse-like cake ball?), honey, chocolate curl, raspberry meringue, dark chocolate ganache and coffee jelly. Everything was fine except I thought the coffee jelly cubes which formed my Base, made the froyo at the bottom of the cup taste a bit watery.
If you like something smaller, they have a petite version for $5.80 where you get to pick 3 ingredients.
As for the frozen yogurt itself, I think Milk & Honey's isn't as smooth, thick or creamy as Llao Llao's. It's also ever so slightly more tart and icy. So if you prefer your froyo sourer and prettier, this will satisfy.
