The Grand Tonkotsu Ramen 🍲 ~ Topped with Cha Shu (Braised Pork Belly) , Toroniku (Braised Pork Cheek ) & Buta Kakuni ( Pork Belly ) ~ I'm really impressed by the softness/tenderness of the meat, the black onion flavor combined with the intense pork broth !
