Topped with crushed hazelnuts, caramelised biscuits, mascarpone creme and cheese foam and drizzled with salted caramel sauce, it was surprisingly not as sweet as it sounds. The cheese probably neutralised all the sweetness which gives it a really nice balance. The texture of the soufflé pancakes is airy and fluffy. They however taste more eggy than other soufflé pancakes I’ve tried.
