Nestled on top of a sesame bagel, the beef pastrami was the star of the show for sure! We were definitely going to order this given that it’s not offered commonly. It was really tender and flavourful, though it would be better if it were more juicy like those in the Wild West. The sesame bagel was fragrant, though it wasn’t spectacular. The mustard hollandaise was also pretty good, with sufficient acidity from the lemon, heat from the mustard and also buttery.
