These were out of stock at the 9MCM popup yesterday when we were there so decided to try them at By The Fire itself. The fried skin was crisp, encasing minced pork while the egg was despite solid, still had a molten yolk. There seemed to be a light soy flavour which we found it pretty umami as well.
