Known to many as siew mai/siu mai, this variation of the dim sum item is new on the menu. Comes with a vibrant green dumpling skin that certainly stood out. There are little bits of what I suspect to be radish added inside the fillings that added a nice texture. Topped with wolfberries, this siew mai is definitely instaworthy.
There's an ongoing promotion as part of their 11th anniversary deals. For $25.80++/pax, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat dim sum buffet with over 40 items (till 30 September 2021). Not bad if you ask me!
