White chocolate gorgonzola was exceptional amongst the gorgonzola assortment. The cheese room (40 types of cheeses!?) is the latest addition to their dinner buffet line up and I swear I’d be belly up happy and heart stoppingly pleased if I can just have the cheese alone for my appetizer, main course and dessert!
