There's so many dialects calling the sambal fish differently. My friend corrected me as hanghe. I don't really know which is correct one. Hahhaa! Anyway, the stingray that I ordered is meaty can cost me $15. The sambal is just nice, not so spicy and not too oily. Overall not bad lah.
