This was quite an accidental find, I was heading to Hanare but it was closed that day so I stumbled upon Sushi Kou instead. And wow this chirashi don was much better than Hanare (tried it some days after and nope, wasn't that good)!! Sushi Kou's sashimi was fresh, there wasn't a queue (yay for fast service!) and the rice was delightful. Their choices of sashimi were different from other restaurants, besides the usual salmon and tuna, there were tako, scallops and some unknown fishes but all were so delicious! Free flow appetizer was given before the meal and even though it's just seaweed in some sour sauce, it was really appetizing and I couldn't stop eating them. The chirashi don came with a chawamushi as well and the total cost was 26$ before gst and service charge.
