The generous amount of sumptuous, stock-rich gravy makes this bowl of "Fried Hokkien Mee" quite special. I really like the fat beansprouts that were stirred in with the yellow "mee" and thick "beehoon". Thumbs up too for the accompanying sambal chilli.
