It was served in individual sliced-ribs, criss-crossing into a tower. Each rib was on average 20-25cm long (huge!!) and comes with substantial of soft bones at the tip, which i would love to chew on if not for my braces. The marinate was not the tony roma or morganfield types, we weren't really a fan. It was a mixture a mild sweet, sour and spicy, nothing really shouts out. On the other hand, the complementary spiced wedges were really great!
