It’s a Good Friday indeed having brunch here at Faculty of Caffeine. This cafe is just a short 5-10 mins walk from City Square Mall which was great because we were starving when we reached (reason: we spent 3 hours clearing customs...) I had the Bacon and Eggs Waffles: Fluffy waffles with mustard seed butter, buttery scrambled eggs, beef bacon. My brunch date had went for the full flair: The Breakfast, with additional sautéed mushrooms, crispy hash brown and stewed chickpeas. The slight variation from the usual toast is pretty interesting and there are other heavier options on the menu too (pasta, rice bowls) so it should be a rather nice lunch spot too. ☺️
