Shaped like a pineapple pie, Niceday’s Polo Ice series is pretty unique and a great treat for a hot sunny afternoon. Having the Pineapple Nectar Polo Ice, the bowl was all refreshing, tangy and sweet. With a nice tropical flavour from the syrup up top, the ice was fluffy-soft and went really well with the heap of ingredients hidden underneath. Filled with smooth aiyu jelly, azuki red beans, and nata de coco, the dessert bowl also came with a small dish of assorted mochi/Taro Q to be added.
