So happy we beat the crowd and only queued 20 minutes for this Michelin-starred restaurant. I gotta admit I was skeptical and approached this with low expectations (I also want to add a caveat I am not a super big fan of ramen) but was pleasantly surprised by the fragrant broth and bouncy noodles. I came to find out the noodles were handmade (with the pleasure of the original chef himself!) and the soup was probably boiled for God-knows-how-long.
Hopefully the original chef successfully passes on his amazing skills to the practicing chefs here in Singapore. For the affordable price, it lives up to the hype!
