Small, bite-sized squid fried to light golden brown with a soft crispy outer layer and a chewy inner. Served with lime and chilli, the squid had a light, crunchy batter that wasn’t oily at all. While the texture was good, the flavour didn’t quite hit the mark. There was an uneven distribution of seasoning, with some pieces being overly salty while others lacked any seasoning. Thus, making the overall just decent.
