The premium cut will be from America - US Harris Ranch Angus Prime , Australia - Aberdeen Pure Black and Japan - Satsuma Gyu.
My fav cut will be the Japan - Satsuma Gyu, it’s tender, packed with robust creamy flavours.

The steaks is prepared on a custom-built parilla grill for optimal results of unpacking flavours and bringing out the textures.
 
Also on the menu, diners can enjoy starter like Tiger prawn ala plancha ,a traditional beef tartare and main course non steak like grilled Boston lobster and grilled whole turbot

Lunch: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) 
Dinner: 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Monday to Sunday)
