1st try and we are hooked!

Had it for lunch yesterday and the experience was so good and we came back again to dapao for tonight's dinner.

Watermelon poke: 10/10 as it exceed my expectation. The sous vide watermelon mix with sourish pineapple salsa, pickled cucumber make it really addictive!
