The minced pork rice (肉燥飯) was satisfying, with fluffy rice topped with a rich, savoury minced pork sauce. The pickled vegetables on the side helped cut through the richness, which was much needed.

The braised pork belly came as a thick, juicy slab of tender pork. The meat was beautifully braised and melt-in-the-mouth soft, though it was definitely on the heavier, greasier side for my breakfast palette.

The braised pig trotter was full of flavour, with soft, gelatinous skin and fall-off-the-bone meat.

Overall, everything was tasty and well-executed, but personally a bit too heavy for an early morning meal. Would definitely come back. Maybe I should have it for lunch instead.
