The last item we tried was the 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶 𝗗𝗼𝗻 ($10). The salmon slices here, like those in the sushi, were equally enthralling. The mentaiko was a bit too creamy for my liking, but this was still a very good bowl of Japanese rice.
