Quest for the best bak chor mee continues at Ah Hoe. They have a few branches; the one I tried was at Clementi Ave 2. The noodles were springy and qq, with a whole lot of mushrooms, minced & sliced meat, fish cake and meat balls to accompany the dish. I like my food spicy, hence the cili padi sprinkled on top.
