Lou Hei is a prosperity toss that has become an important part of Chinese New Year in Singapore. And I'm sure you know that Lou Hei tends to get messy in our attempt to lift the ingredients as high as possible to maximize the prosperity that is supposed to come with this salad toss.

This year, during my 2nd Prosperity toss for CNY at @panpacificorchard , I learnt an alternative way to maximize this prosperity (ok maybe an additional way rather than alternative)!

As each ingredient is added to the Lou Hei, one auspicious phrase will be recited to welcome prosperity, luck or health. At this time, don't stand there passively. Instead, shout out "收到“ (shou dao meaning "I got it!") to represent that we have received the blessing!
