Humpback's Bloody Mary is bang on the money and what's even cooler is that you can customize it to your tastes. Choose from an exotic range of spirits such as parmigiano gin, mushroom vodka, etc, pick a base mixer along with other ingredients, pass the checked list to the waiter, then await with anticipation.

We picked a combination of horseradish vodka, clamato juice, celery salt, olive and prawn. Props to the affable bartender who gave us bacon instead of prawn but threw in the bacon anyway! Smooth with hints of heat but not unbearably fiery and full of umami, it was the perfect accompaniment to an already stellar seafood brunch.
