Caffe Pralet serves up pretty pocket-friendly all day breakfast and mains that comes with a unique fusion twist!
One of the dishes that stood out to us was their Hua Tiao Vongole ($14)! Once the dish hit the table, the waves of Hua Tiao (Chinese Wine) could be smelt and that thick broth of hua tiao & ginger definitely hits the spot. It reminded me of the broth that I usually get when I have XO fish head noodle soup. So calming and slurp-worthy! For all you clams lovers, the generous portions of clams definitely made it worth while!
Top up another $5 for a set meal and complete your meal with a drink & a dessert! Their range of desserts are all done in-house as well and I'd highly recommend their Pralet cake & Ebony & Ivory!
Much thanks to @burpple for inviting us & Selina from the team at @caffepraletsg for your hospitality!
