With both an alfresco rooftop area and an indoor air-conditioned space, you can enjoy your brunch at your desired spot while admiring the lush greenery and surrounding.
If you have been to Nassim Hill previously, you will probably know that they serve quality mains, artisanal bakes and delightful desserts. During the media tasting, we were treated to a spread of food that includes the Brussels Sprouts ($10) which were done so well that there is just a slight hint of the bitterness, while the sesame seeds and sea salt helped to balance the flavours, and Skillet Eggs ($21) that pays homage to the shakshouka with two sunny side-up eggs in a red pepper harissa ragout cooked with huge cuts of Spanish chorizo sausages, served with slices of baguette.
The other two dishes that were equally delicious were the Truffle Portobello Panini ($19) as the earthy mushrooms complemented well with the truffle paste and oil and the Cheddar Cheese Bacon Waffles ($20), which were so addictive that I almost finished the entire plate by myself. To counter the heaviness of the dish and to not make diners feel surfeited, a side of chive sour cream is served with it. The recent trended stuff donuts are also on display here as Nassim Hill has the Brioche Donut ($3.55) in both kaya or chocolate filling, the former was preferred for its texture and subtle sweetness.
