Here one is expected to know
1) find table yourself even when there is wait to be served stand (no one came to the stand)
2) the iPad menu is under the table and you have submit order yourself ( we asked the staff for the menu who just pulled the drawer and walked away)
3) what you have ordered and what is missing because there is no printed list of what your order (ordered a set B but only cold sweet BeanCurd came, then soup & rice after awhile with another printout but no you tiao)
4) the cutlery are hidden at the side of the table when one has to pull the hidden compartment (ask the staff for cutlery who replied at the table.

BKT for the lazy in you, or in other words, tender slices of pork tenderloin bathed in a sea of intensely spiced white pepper soup with so much heat that it warms you up even in the coldest of winter.

Love it when the ribs are cooked till the meat almost fall off the bone...this shows that the ribs are actually cooked in the soup, not just poached and set aside.
