Not very sure about the name of this humble noodle dish, my friend always ordered this in hokkien (which I can't understand)

The star of this simple rice noodle clear soup is definitely the pork slice. It's slightly cover in starch to prevent overlooking and toughening the outer layer of meat. It's tender and flavourful to go with the plain noodle.

You can opted for less oil version and it make a perfect meal when you feel a lil under the weather
