Loved the salmon, and its crust which was perfectly done. And for someone whom is not exactly a big fan for fish, I give this a thumbs up. 👍 One improvement can be in the plating - I couldn't find a good angle to take photos, be it top-down or low/frontal. Or maybe it's just me... 😂 And I would very much prefer a long strip than this block of salmon meat.... Maybe that was why the plate looked so empty.
