I know not what kind of sauce it’s been slathered in, but this sotong is amazing!! Coming in huge pieces, each ringlet is springy, soft and SO FRESH! Almost as if we fished it out the sea from right beside our table. I especially liked how easy it was to eat each piece, without the need for incessant chewing 😂
