Tried the 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗥𝗶𝗯 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗺𝗰𝗵𝗶 ($𝟭𝟴), along with an entire spread at Bar Uva's ala carte buffet.
The meaty wagyu chunks made a strong juxtaposition with the crunchy and sour refreshing housemade kimchi.
