Definitely very average. For this price I was quite disappointed. But the pork was good quality. No foul porky smell and not fatty. Quite tender too. Not sour at all, which was not to my taste. I like my sweet and sour pork sweet and sour. Pork was not crispy, thou it might have been due to delivery time.
