There’s a reason why Yuzu Raspberry is one of Nesuto’s signature cakes. The cake layers are super soft and fluffy, and the texture is excellent. You might think that it’s going to be a really sour cake because well, yuzu and raspberry but no, it’s actually rather sweet. Love this dessert so much that I was back there again within the month.
