had high hopes going into this but it goes to show you can’t take all michelin recommendations seriously 🙁 broth was mainly salty and lacking that umami, even the spicy version was bland! the gyozas and pork belly were decent though. prices are reasonable, would only recommend to come for a quick ramen fix!
