The moment I stepped in, I was reassured of this place being an authentic Korean restaurant due to the many Korean staff, patrons and the traditional Korean-style floor seats - well usually those are marks of authenticity right? Haha. So we settled down and ordered 3 items to share, namely the Soya Bean Paste Soup ($12.90), Spicy Pork in Hot Plate ($14.90) and Stir-fried Spicy Squid ($14.90). I was not really a fan of the soup (cos I generally prefer things with substantial portions of meat and I’m not really a soup person) but I thought the others were pretty good. Be warned though; the squid is spicy so only order it if u’re able to take spicy food! The portions of the dishes (except the soup) were rather large, so if u and your dining companions are not big eaters, I think 2 dishes for 3 people would already be sufficient for lunch.
