Opened along the stretch of Purvis Street, where competition is fierce with the numerous restaurants, eateries and cafes around the area, Half Pound offers a laid-back, fuss-free dining experience.

A couple of unique creations that they offer such as the Malaysia Boleh burger which pays homage to the iconic Ramly burger. Containing a precise 220g of beef patty wrapped in egg, it is paired with some vegetables, slice of cheddar cheese and pineapple, sandwiched between a burger bun. Served with a side of fries and their signature butter sauce, this will set you back at a cost of only $20! The next photo is the Gourmet Burger, which is slightly more expensive at $26, contains foie gras inside the beef patty and served with truffle fries.

My only qualm about this place would be the ventilation which can be further improved as you will end up with an oily stench at the end of your meal.
