The main highlight of this place is actually their signature laksa, which is what they have started at first back in East Coast Road few years ago.
They have closed that place and rebrand as a bistro & bar today in Chinatown. Continue using their mom’s legacy recipe to make this authentic nyonya laksa.
The preparation and making of this nyonya laksa is not easy, and I would say they made it decent with the lemak taste. Accompanied with the usual fishcake, cockles, prawns and bean sprouts.
There’s also a dry version and you have the option to make it a set with a small plate of rojak.
So next time if you looking for good nyonya laksa and somewhere quiet, this is probably the best place to go.
It is sad to see this place always empty and perhaps they need to look into how to improve the speed of preparing the foods. Or else it would be a waste to see this recipe lost without much support.
